Jaime Ruiz León. IAP-Chiapas currently has 48 years of experience in State and Municipal Public Administration. History

The Institute of Public Administration of the State of Chiapas, Civil Association, also known as the School of Government and Administration, was founded on June 22, 1977.

 

It was established under the legal status of a civil association, with the following objectives:

 

It is a Mexican civil society organization created on a non-profit basis and authorized to receive tax-deductible donations from individuals and legal entities in Mexico and abroad, as well as to receive public support and incentives from the federation, federal entities, and municipalities. Its social purpose is to dedicate itself predominantly to teaching and research, through the provision of job training, basic, higher, and upper secondary education, at any of its established levels and modalities, with authorization or official recognition of valid studies (RVOE) and incorporation into the national and state education system, in accordance with the General Education Law and the Education Law for the State of Chiapas. for the benefit of the general population and, in particular, municipal and state public servants; through the effective and efficient design and implementation of relevant, high-quality study and training plans and programs, as well as competency standards and labor certifications, supported by the professionalization of its institutional work, through competent management, teaching, and training staff to provide education and training, as well as adequate facilities; with the purpose of promoting the development of global administrative sciences, governance, and the public administrative organization of the State.

Tax Information

IAP-Chiapas is registered in the Federal Taxpayers Registry (R.F.C.) of the Tax Administration Service (SAT) with the Key: "IAP770622HA9". IAP-Chiapas is fiscally taxed under the "Non-Profit Legal Entities Regime" and its predominant economic activity is "dedicating itself to teaching through the performance of 'educational activities' in accordance with the Income Tax Law and the corresponding Federal and State Education Laws. IAP-Chiapas is a private Authorized Donee Civil Association, as it has authorization from the Tax Administration Service (SAT) to receive tax-deductible donations in Mexico, to carry out the educational activities indicated in article 79, section X of the current Income Tax Law, according to Authorization Certificate number 700-02-03-00-00-2016-2452 dated February 8, 2016.

IAP-Chiapas is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) authorized to receive public support and incentives granted by the Federation, Federal Entities, and Municipalities, to carry out the educational activities indicated in article 7, section XIII of the Federal Law for the Promotion of Activities Carried out by Civil Society Organizations, according to the Certificate of Registration in the Federal Registry of Civil Society Organizations dated April 24, 2018, with the Unique Registration Key (CLUNI): IAP77062207MA6.

Higher Education Institution (HEI)

IAP-Chiapas is a private Higher Education Institution (HEI) with Key 07PSU0129J issued by the Ministry of Education of the State of Chiapas, whose social purpose is to dedicate itself to teaching with Official Recognition of Validity of Studies (RVOE) to impart “Higher Education” at Master's and Doctorate levels in Public Administration, Education, and Human Rights, among others, in accordance with the General Education Law, the General Higher Education Law, the Education Law of the Free and Sovereign State of Chiapas, and its current Social Statutes.

Workforce Training Center (WTC)

IAP-Chiapas is a private Workforce Training Center (WTC) with Key 07PPR0139G issued by the Ministry of Education of the State of Chiapas, whose social purpose is to dedicate itself to teaching with Official Recognition of Validity of Studies (RVOE) to impart “Workforce Training Studies” in State and Municipal Public Administration, Education, and Human Rights, among others, in accordance with the General Education Law, the Education Law of the Free and Sovereign State of Chiapas, and its current Social Statutes.

Certification and Evaluation Entity (CEE)

IAP-Chiapas is a private Certification and Evaluation Entity (CEE) with current Accreditation Certificate Nº ECE213-15 issued by the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER) of the Federal Government, whose social purpose is to dedicate itself to teaching with Authorization to impart “Workforce Training Studies” under a Certification Regime based on accredited Labor Competency Standards, mainly in State and Municipal Public Administration, to train, evaluate, and certify the labor competence of public servants and the general public, in accordance with the General Education Law, the General Education Law of the Free and Sovereign State of Chiapas, the General Rules and Criteria for the Integration and Operation of the National Competency System, and its current Social Statutes, among others.

Integration into the National Education System

IAP-Chiapas, as a Private Educational Institution, may impart any Type of Education, at any of its Levels, Modalities, and Educational Options authorized by the corresponding Educational Authorities. IAP-Chiapas, as a legally constituted Private Educational Institution with Authorization and Official Recognition of Validity of Studies (RVOE), is an integral part of the National Educational System under the charge of the Federal Public Education Secretariat.
