History
The Institute of Public Administration of the State of Chiapas, Civil Association, also known as the School of Government and Administration, was founded on June 22, 1977.
It was established under the legal status of a civil association, with the following objectives:
It is a Mexican civil society organization created on a non-profit basis and authorized to receive tax-deductible donations from individuals and legal entities in Mexico and abroad, as well as to receive public support and incentives from the federation, federal entities, and municipalities. Its social purpose is to dedicate itself predominantly to teaching and research, through the provision of job training, basic, higher, and upper secondary education, at any of its established levels and modalities, with authorization or official recognition of valid studies (RVOE) and incorporation into the national and state education system, in accordance with the General Education Law and the Education Law for the State of Chiapas. for the benefit of the general population and, in particular, municipal and state public servants; through the effective and efficient design and implementation of relevant, high-quality study and training plans and programs, as well as competency standards and labor certifications, supported by the professionalization of its institutional work, through competent management, teaching, and training staff to provide education and training, as well as adequate facilities; with the purpose of promoting the development of global administrative sciences, governance, and the public administrative organization of the State.
